    Hi, in Ontario, does the whistleblower policy have to say that “people have an option to call in/forward the message anonymously”? The company wants to keep it just as “it would be strictly kep confidential” and not to add an anonymous claims option.

    Yes, by law you are required to offer to collect information anonymously, even though that makes it very difficult to follow up on.
