• A new policy addressing pre-existing conditions offers guidance on distinguishing work related and non-work related injury when pre-existing conditions are involved.
• A new determining permanent impairment policy establishes requirements for demonstrating a work-related permanent impairment based on clinical evidence.
• Revisions to the recurrences policy address benefit determinations in the case of recurring work related injuries or illness.
