WorkSafeBC adopted final policies to implement the changes contained in newly effective Bill 9 affecting:

• WorkSafeBC voluntary compliance agreements with (in lieu of orders against) employers who commit violations (D12-186.1-1)
• Issuance of Stop Work Orders (D12-191-1)
• New Employer Incident Investigations rules (2015/12-16-04)
