Upskilling: Employee Skills Inventory

The starting point for upskilling is to map out the skills and competencies you currently have within your company. Completing a skills inventory of your employees is an excellent way to do that. Here’s a template you can adapt. Compare the completed inventories to the list of skills you think you need to identify gaps. Filling those gaps should then become the objective of your upskilling program.
