Gifts Acceptance Policy

Companies and individuals that do business or discuss doing business with each other often exchange gifts. While gifts are a legitimate way to build and deepen business relationship, they can also be an illegal and unethical way to gain an unfair advantage. And because employees are the gateway through which bribes typically flow, you need to lay down clear rules on the gifts they can and can’t accept. Here’s a Model Policy you can adapt.
