Telecommuting in a Post-Pandemic Workplace

Approximately 4 in 10 Canadian workers (39.1%) worked from home in April during the COVID-19 lockdown.

While those numbers declined slightly in May and June, there are still roughly 3 million telecommuters in Canada. And that figure is expected to steadily increase in the future.

25% of Canadian businesses are “likely” or “very likely” to give their employees the option to work remotely after the pandemic, while 14% reported that they will require it.
