Striking Union Can’t Picket Employer’s Other Businesses
The Alberta labour board ordered a striking union to stop picketing a car dealer and rental car business during its strike against a Calgary apartment community. Although owned by the same person, the latter 2 businesses weren’t involved in the apartment community strike situation. So the union had no right to picket them [1009931 Alberta Ltd. (c.o.b.
