Oct. 15: That’s the deadline to comment on proposed new policies affecting the way employers investigate workplace health and safety incidents. WorkSafeBC has also created a new guide to help employers fill out the new employer incident investigations report forms:

  • D10-175-1 – Preliminary Incident Investigation Report and Follow-Up Action
  • D10-176-1 – Full Incident Investigation Report and Follow-Up Action.
