Picture This! Bullying: A Pervasive Workplace Toxin

When one thinks of workplace hazards, bullying and harassment might not be the first things to come to mind. But one in three workers will experience bullying at some point in their working lives. Victims of bullying may be unfairly blamed or criticized, threatened, shouted at or sworn at, excluded from company activities, have their work or contributions ignored by bosses, have their work sabotaged, or become targets of practical jokes. If yours does not, it’s time to do something about it. (tutufoundationusa.org)
