I assume you’re talking about Bill 88 in Ontario and the requirement to implement a written policy disclosing your use of digital monitoring technology. Here’s a sample policy. Although it’s based on use of GPS in company vehicles, you can adapt it for other technologies and applications. I’ve also included some analysis explaining the new rule and how to comply with it.
