Updating your A&D policy

As I am sure all are working on tweaking (or creating) their A&D policy, I am looking for some suggested wording that could be incorporated into our policy on the following – definitions for medical cannabis, recreational use, use (or no use) on company premises, statement indicating employees required to self disclose medical cannabis (or any prescribed medication that may deem them unfit to perform their job), etc.
Essentially if you have an A&D template with all the above and more, this would certainly be a useful resource. Thanks.
