Which province already has pay transparency legislation and what are the employer requirements?

As for pay transparency, Ontario adopted a pay transparency bill a few years ago but the Conservatives/Ford scrapped it when they came to power. PEI passed legislation requiring pay transparency in job ads and I understand that BC just tabled a pay transparency bill of its own. Typically, pay transparency legislation: Pay transparency legislation generally: i. Bans employers from asking job candidates about their salary history; ii. Requires employers to print info about salary in job ads; and iii. Bans employers from disciplining employees in reprisal for discussing how much they make with each other.
