Does employer have to pay up to 200$ infectious disease emergency leave to the workers hired through union?

Yes, I believe so, as long as the employee doesn’t already have paid leave under his/her collective agreement or via insurance. You can also get WSIB reimbursement for the paid IDEL, as I’m sure you know.
