Glenn, going back to one of the questions asked 4 weeks ago - repayment of parental leave top up in case if employee leaves within given period, is it expected that the employee shall repay top up in full before the last day of employment or there need to be a line in the policy clearly stating it?

It's in no way implied. You need to expressly state that employee must repay top-up payments and under what conditions. For example, it's customary to require repayments for employees who leave the company within a certain months of returning from leave. None of this is understood or implied but must be specifically stated in the contract or policy.
