Changes to the Health Information Privacy and Management Act

In effect from Nov 2015  proposed changes to the Health Information Privacy and Management Act. The 4 issues on the table:

1. Who should be defined as a custodian with privacy obligations?
2. What limits should there be on government use of Yukon Health Care cards and numbers?
3. What limits should there be on collecting, using and disclosing personal health information?
4. How much in fees should individuals have to pay to access their personal health records?
