Nunavut becomes the first Canadian jurisdiction to cross the $20 minimum wage threshold; Alberta has the lowest minimum wage ($15) and Saskatchewan the second lowest ($15.70)

General Minimum Wage: $18.15 per hour or minimum wage of province of employment, whichever is higher.
