Here’s a Model Workplace Violence Prevention Program you can adapt. You’ll need to fill in the blank spaces to describe the particular measures you use to prevent violence at your own worksite—and, of course, modify any of the default language to the extent it doesn’t reflect your own policies and procedures. This Model Program is based on Ontario law and Bill 168, as well as MOL Guidelines.
