Employee Fired for Lousy Attitude, Not Perceived Disability

An electrical engineer from Iran claimed he was fired because of a perceived disability: His supervisor didn’t think he was physically strong enough. But the Human Rights Tribunal said the real reason the technician was fired was his unwillingness to do physical tasks not in his job description [Shahabi v.
